Deceived by Jollibee Advertisement

Last week, Nov.1, we ate lunch at Jollibee Greenbelt Mall. While I was trying to decide on what I was going to order, I saw a poster advertising one of their latest products called the “Yum! Burger with TLC“, endorsed by Sarah Geronimo. So I said ok, that looks yummy, I think I’ll try that one. Of course, like any other customer, I expected to receive a Yum! burger with TOMATOES, LETTUCE, and CHEESE, just like the one on the picture that Sarah Geronimo is holding. After all, that’s what the new product is about — TLC. That’s what differentiates it from their other Yum! burgers. But noooooo, look at what i got:

Now tell me, do you even see the lettuce??!!! And look at that cheese, it’s almost transparent! Good thing the tomatoe wasn’t as thin. So I complained. I asked them to replace it. But nooo, they did not replace it. All they did was add about 2 to 3 tiny strips of lettuce.

Tsk, talk about FALSE ADVERTISING for Jollibee, and BAD customer service…Well, at least for that particular branch. I was very disappointed. Minsan na nga lang akong mag Jollibee, ganun pa nakuha ko. Eh di sana nag order nalng ako ng ordinary nilang Yum! Burger..tsk! ![]()
