I just heard from the news that you if need Makati police assistance, you can now do it online. This will automatically send a SMS to all/some Makati police officers.
Though I’m not really sure the mechanics of this but for me it is cool! Hindi ko pa nga alam kung ano website nila 
They also mentioned that you can also do video conference with them. hi tech na sila! hehehe I just hope hindi sila ma prank.

I just hope that pictures of policemen in Makati be seen in the internet. Actually, I’m not saying all but there are some policemen in Makati who are “KOTONG COPS”. I have experienced it myself in Ayala-Edsa Street going to Forbes Park area. Sad to say but these policemen are “walang kahihiyan” and nakakalungkot isipin na mga police ang ganoon whose supposed to be protecting people, and yet they are the one’s abusing the common public. From a concerned professor of one of the Universities in Manila.
