Actually, I'm not saying all but there are some policemen in Makati who are "KOTONG COPS". I have experienced it myself in Ayala-Edsa Street going to Forbes Park area. Sad to say but these policemen are "walang kahihiyan" and nakakalungkot isipin na mga police ang ganoon whose supposed to be protecting people, and yet they are the one's abusing the common public.
