Ipanema Flip-Flops

Koolitz and I went shopping for flip-flops today! 
Bought 3 pairs of Grendene Ipanema Flip-Flops. Koolitz got a black/black Ipanema Surf Brasil Ad while I got myself a beige/bronze Ipanema Soft Ad and a pink/white Ipanema Temas Fem Ad.
Just like the popular Havaianas, Grendene Ipanema Flip-Flops also came from Brazil. They also offer a range of comfy slippers of different colors and designs for men and women although there are more designs for women. I used to be hesitant in buying expensive brands of flip-flops and would rather opt to buy the cheaper ones usually sold in department stores but when I tried one, I just couldn’t resist. I just had to by myself a pair. Well, in this case, 2 pairs! They are really comfy and soft and fits really nice.

Ipanema flip-flops are available at landmark, shoe salon, regatta and confetti.
the ones we bought are P750 each. meron din ibang designs na P800+.

* Confetti

Yes, I’ve seen some Ikatu Xingu slippers in SM (my aunt bought one from the dept. store of SM Mall of Asia). I also found some in Regatta and Shoe Salon of Glorietta.

I just bought ipanema sandals at shoe salon robinsons place’ my first ipanema. i have 8 pairs of havaianas!..happy collecting!
Ipanema slippers are superb they’re my fave…I bought one last year exactly like the bronze one shown in the picture (mine is black) and it hardly shows any sign of wearing out ( I wore them every single day for almost a year now hehe)….it fits perfectly too with nice contoures and very light…great value for money and look great on the feet…definitely thinking of buying some extra pairs
i have 18 pairs of havaianas. and i havent bought any pair of ipanema. scared that i might be addicted to it. like havaianas. =)
ipanemas are more expensive than havaianas, but they are more softer and have a better design. check this site out they are seling cheaper Ipanemas compare to the malls.

i saw a lot of stores in sm cebu and ayala center cebu whose selling ipanema sandals… i am quite sure that it costs 800+ …

Ipanema flip-flops are the best! They are comfortable than the much hyped havaianas because they have a more squashy/springy feel to their rubbers so mas masarap talaga sa paa. However, I don’t think their 750 pesos range is available anymore. Most of the stuff they sell now is from 850 and above na. Still, worth a try if you haven’t bought one yet!
