I Miss Nintendo!

Look what I found in our attic the other day. It’s one of my many favorite toys back then — our Nintendo Entertainment System.

I don’t know if it still works and I don’t know where our game cartridges are stored now but I remember how I used to spend endless hours playing with this. I would play alone or sometimes with my dad or my sister. The Super Mario Brothers series of games were my ultimate favorite. When playing with my dad or sister, we would usually play Contra, Lifeforce or the ever famous Battle City. Yeah, I enjoyed getting all the ’stars’ for myself in Battle City while my sister shoots the enemies. Hehe.
I actually have a Nintendo emulator on my pc but it’s really not that fun playing the games using the keyboard. I will have to get myself a pc game controller if I really want to play these Nintendo games again. But I guess that won’t be anytime soon as I currently have my PSP (PlayStation Portable) to kill time with. ![]()

battle city forever! hahaha
I’m 29 now. I miss the good days also. Just bitter sweat memories now. Makes me want to cry just looking at it.
I loved the Nintendo and always will hold a special place in my heart and soul for it. It will be a part of our souls called “The Nintendo Generation” until the day we die.
God bless, rest in peace yet not forgotten.
