Safari 3 Public Beta available for download and it runs on Mac and Windows!
The fastest web browser on any platform, Safari loads pages up to 2 times faster than Internet Explorer 7 and up to 1.6 times faster than Firefox 2. And it executes JavaScript up to 2.8 times faster than Internet Explorer 7 and up to 1.6 times faster than Firefox.
As they all said - “The world’s best browser is now available for windows.” I have not tried it yet on Windows but I know that Safari is much faster than Firefox based on my personal experience on my MBP. The only edge of Firefox for me is that it has may add-ons/extensions unlike Safari. I am a newbie in using mac and Firefox is still my default browser on my MBP but right now I’m beginning to like Safari.
Does anybody know if there’s a button for Safari to add a new tab instead of pressing “Apple + t”?
