Hooters in Manila

Hooters Manila coming soon at the Fort! It will be open to the public on February 2008! I am not that excited like Anton…but i do love their chicken wings!

However, Hooters has a kid’s menu, and often gives out balloons to toddler visitors; indeed in Australia, Hooters promotes itself as having a “fun family atmosphere” and “Kids Eat Free Tuesday” on its radio advertisements.”
Are they going to the same here in Manila?

Criminal Minds Without Agent Gideon?

I’ve been watching a marathon of Criminal Minds (a CBS crime drama tv series) and I just totally got hooked. I can’t wait for Season 3. But wait, what’s this talk about Mandy Patinkin (the actor who plays FBI BAU Supervisory Special Agent Jason Gideon) being written out of the season premiere of Criminal Minds? Reports say that he might be let go from the show because he failed to report to work.
TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello reports that the actor is probably “embroiled in some kind of nasty contract standoff with the network.” He also mentions that the show is coincidentally putting out a casting call for a character that fits Patinkin’s description.
Well, I don’t know how Criminal Minds would be like without him. I like his character and I like the way he portrays it. The BAU team just wouldn’t be complete without Gideon.

Wentworth Miller is Gay?

This is not new to me. There have been rumors since last year that Wentworth Miller, Scofield of Prison Break, is gay! And now they are bringing it up again and this time with a boyfriend by the name of Luke McFarlane, a Canadian actor. It is rumored that Went is dating Luke.
Is this part of the Prison Break season 3 promotion? 
Well, personally, I didn’t believe that Wentworth is gay until I found this video on Youtube!

Hiro Gets a New Love Interest and So Does Claire!

It has been reported that Riyo Mori, Miss Universe 2007, lands a role as Hiro’s (Masi Oka) love interest on Season 2 of Heroes. Now, several news articles have announced that someone has already been casted as Claire’s boyfriend.
Nicholas ‘Nick’ D’Agosto will be joining the cast of NBC’s Heroes next season, playing the role of Claire’s (Hayden Panettiere) new boyfriend, West. He is also said to have superpowers but it is not yet known as to what it is.

Miss Universe is going to be Hiro Nakamura’s Girlfriend?

Japan’s Riyo Mori, who was crowned Miss Universe of 2007, is reported to land a role on NBC’s hit tv show “Heroes”. Her role is said to be “a love interest for one of the main characters.”
“As soon as I won Miss Universe I had this big chance,” she said. “I’ve never acted before. I went to the casting audition and read a script in English and Japanese, and they said it was really good. So I hope I can be in the show.”
Mori said her role would be “Yaeko,” a love interest for one of the main characters.

According to the Reporter, with Mikey and some of the gang now holed away in a squalid Panama prison, the show is casting a mysterious and (of course) wrongfully imprisoned fisherman, said fisherman’s beautiful girlfriend, a Panamanian drug lord and a female operative for a government conspiracy group.

Poor Jorge

Day before the season premiere episode of 24, i know that there’s a leak of the first four episodes. But did you know that someone was arrested for that and now facing a sentence of up to 3 years in prison?
“FOX gave the FBI a call to see if they could find someone to blame for the leak. The FBI found Chicago-based man Jorge Romero, a man they plan to prosecute to the full extent of the law. Romero, who happens to be 24 years of age, found those first four episodes online and decided to upload them to a media-sharing site called LiveDigital.com. Bad idea. Romero now faces up to three years in prison.”

I agree with author, Oscar Dahl, that he was not the leak. He was just one the fastest to find it on the net. Fox released the first four episode on DVD earlier which I think their bad move. And I think Jorge was only sharing what he found to everybody.
