Leaving Bacolod Chicken House Hungry & Angry

It was November of last year that I posted an entry ranting about receiving poor food quality from Jollibee, Greenbelt. Now, I need to rant again and there’s no better place to do it but here. No, this time it’s not about Jollibee, Greenbelt. It’s about the extremely POOR SERVICE of BACOLOD CHICKEN HOUSE, Makati Branch (the one that’s near Anson’s and Park Square).

Last week, Nov.1, we ate lunch at Jollibee Greenbelt Mall. While I was trying to decide on what I was going to order, I saw a poster advertising one of their latest products called the “Yum! Burger with TLC“, endorsed by Sarah Geronimo. So I said ok, that looks yummy, I think I’ll try that one. Of course, like any other customer, I expected to receive a Yum! burger with TOMATOES, LETTUCE, and CHEESE, just like the one on the picture that Sarah Geronimo is holding. After all, that’s what the new product is about — TLC. That’s what differentiates it from their other Yum! burgers. But noooooo, look at what i got:
